Form ADV Annual Amendment Only Service (Managing Private Fund)

Description

The ADV Annual Amendment Only Service (Managing Private Fund) provided by RIA Compliance Consultants is to assist an investment adviser which manages private fund(s) with preparing and filing through the IARD system the Form ADV Part 1 annual amendment that an investment adviser must file within 90 days of the investment adviser’s fiscal year end.

The fee for this service is $1,095 plus an additional $100 fee for an already disclosed fund, and/or plus $250 per additional undisclosed fund requiring reporting. The first private fund which is already disclosed on the Form ADV Part 1A is included in the fixed fee.

Before submitting payment for this service, you will be prompted to execute an electronic contract. Once we have received your executed agreement along with your online payment, we will email you instructions on how to provide RIA Compliance Consultants with user access to your IARD / Web CRD Account. This will allow us to prepare and submit documents on your behalf.
