Refund Policy: Registration payments for live and virtual attendance are non-refundable. If you will not be able to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person at no extra fee. Please email bizdevteam@ria-compliance-consultants.com if you wish to transfer your seat.
Virtual Attendance: Purchase of one virtual seat grants one person access to the conference. Zoom links will be unique and non-shareable.
Authorization to Take Photos/Record: It is not permitted for an attendee to make video and/or audio recordings of the conference sessions without the express consent of RIA Compliance Consultants, Inc. However, an attendee authorizes RIA Compliance Consultants, Inc. to utilize photos of attendee participation in the conference.
IAR CE: Please note that while RIA Compliance Consultants is an approved IAR CE provider, IAR CE credits for conference sessions have not yet been applied for nor approved by NASAA.
